01Our commitment

Everest Enterprise Solutions sp. z o.o. is committed to making this site usable by as many people as possible, including those with visual, hearing, motor or cognitive disabilities, and anyone browsing with assistive technology or in difficult conditions — in bright sun on a ship’s deck, on a slow connection, with one hand.

We regard accessibility as continuous work, not a goal reached once and for all.

02Standards we follow

We take as our reference:

  • the W3C WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), level AA;
  • the European standard EN 301 549;
  • Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (the European Accessibility Act);
  • the Polish Act of 26 April 2024 on ensuring that economic operators meet the accessibility requirements for certain products and services, in force since 28 June 2025.

This site is an informational showcase and does not offer e-commerce services. We nonetheless apply the criteria above as a quality standard we have set ourselves.

03Conformity status

The site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA: some parts do not yet meet every criterion, as set out in section 05.

04What we have already done

  • Keyboard navigation. Every control — menu, service cards, detail panels, frequently asked questions, contact form — is reachable with the Tab key and activated with Enter or the space bar.
  • Visible focus indicator. The selected element is outlined with a high-contrast blue border.
  • Skip link. The first element on the page lets you jump straight to the content.
  • Semantic structure. Headings in hierarchical order, landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) and a table of contents in every legal document.
  • Alternative text. Every informative image has a text description; purely decorative elements are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Form labels. Every field of the contact form has an associated label and error messages are text.
  • Respect for the “reduce motion” setting. If the operating system turns it on, animations and smooth scrolling are disabled automatically.
  • No moving content with audio and no flashing elements: there is no risk of photosensitive seizures.
  • Responsive layout. The pages stay readable on a phone, with enlarged text and in portrait or landscape.
  • Text contrast checked against the background, including the dark sections and those over photographs.

05Known limitations

We are aware that some content is not yet fully accessible:

  • The 3D whirlpool anatomy section. It is built with real-time graphics and cannot be explored by keyboard or screen reader. It is illustrative content: the same information is described in words in the product panels. We are working on an equivalent text alternative.
  • Animated map and globe. These are decorative elements, marked as such and ignored by assistive technology; the information about our location is given as text.
  • Background video. It has no audio and carries no information of its own; it has no captions because there is no speech, but there is not yet a text description of it.
  • Animated scrolling. Some sections reveal their content as you scroll. Anyone who turns on “reduce motion” sees all the text immediately, but on very old devices scrolling may be less smooth.
  • Languages. The site is available in Italian, English, Polish and German. Not all documents are yet reviewed by a native speaker in every language.
  • Contact form. It relies on the mail program on your device; if you do not have one configured, you can write to us directly at the email address below.

06Alternative ways to reach us

If any part of the site is not accessible to you, we can give you the same information in another form: a text document, an accessible PDF, a spoken description over the telephone or an online meeting. You do not need to give a reason.

07Reports and complaints procedure

Every report helps us. Write to us naming the page, what did not work and — if you can — the device, browser and assistive technology you were using.

We take the report on and reply within 14 calendar days. If the fix takes longer, within that period we tell you how we intend to proceed and how long it will take, and in the meantime we offer another way to reach the content.

If our answer does not satisfy you

You can turn to the authority responsible for supervising the accessibility of services in Poland, under the Act of 26 April 2024:

We review this statement at least once a year and whenever we change the site substantially. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
